Austria & Germany need to revamp their image. I know crimes like this happen all over the world, but these are leading economies with some of the highest levels of education. I’m going to go ahead and say that some of this behaviour is a remnant from the national socialist times of repression, authoritarianism and male dominance. Yup, I said it.
